Ingredients for puffs:
- one cup water,
- one cup oil,
- one cup all-purpose flour,
- one baking powder,
- 3 eggs
Igredients for the filling:
To make the cream puffs:
In a saucepan pour one cup water and one cup oil and put it on a hotplate. When it boils take pan of the heat. Put in one baking powder and one cup flour and stir hard until all the flour incorporated. Don't put it again on the heat,leave it to cool. When cool add the eggs one by one and stir mixer until each egg is comletely incorporated. Whit a middle spoon place a mass on a baking paper. Bake it on 180 C / 356 F degrees for 15 minutes.Do not open the door of the oven during baking until they are finished and have light golden brown color.Directions for the filling:
In a saucepan pour half a liter of milk and put it on hotplate, and leave on the side 100ml milk. In a bowl mix vanilla pudding with 6 tablespoon of sugar, add 100ml milk and mix that there are no lumps. When milk is cooked add pudding and cook for few minutes. When cool mix it with butter and fill each puffs. Optionally you can mix in fill whipped cream if you wish.
