Recipe for Pureed Spinach
Ingredients:
- 1kg spinach
- 3-4 garlic
- 3 spoon of flour
- 0,5l milk
- 2 spoon of oil
- 50g butter
Directions:
Clean spinach, wash very well, cook in saltwater, decant and chop with blender.
In saucepan put butter and melt it.
Then add 2 spoon of oil and 3 spoon of flour.
Then add garlic and fry.
Then add spinach and fry awhile. Slowly add milk constantly messing. Then add salt, cook for 5 minutes and remove from hotplate.
