Healty Cookies

Recipe for Healty Cookies

Ingredients:


  • 100g oat or rye flakes
  • 30g coconut
  • 40g buckwheat flour(or some other integrally flour)
  • one full spoon flaxseed
  • one coffespoon baking powder
  • two pinch of salt
  • 120g chopped almond and hazelnuts
  • 50g dry cranberries or grapes
  • 70g chopped dry plums or apricot
  • little cinnamon or ginger
  • 50ml water or orange juice
  • 80ml oil

Directions:


In one bowl mix all dry ingredients, then add oil, squeezed orange juice and flooded flax seed in a little water.Mix it all, put in a pan covered with baking paper and bake it for 15 minutes on 180C/356F degrees.
