Recipe for Healty Cookies
Ingredients:
- 100g oat or rye flakes
- 30g coconut
- 40g buckwheat flour(or some other integrally flour)
- one full spoon flaxseed
- one coffespoon baking powder
- two pinch of salt
- 120g chopped almond and hazelnuts
- 50g dry cranberries or grapes
- 70g chopped dry plums or apricot
- little cinnamon or ginger
- 50ml water or orange juice
- 80ml oil
Directions:
In one bowl mix all dry ingredients, then add oil, squeezed orange juice and flooded flax seed in a little water.Mix it all, put in a pan covered with baking paper and bake it for 15 minutes on 180C/356F degrees.
