BAKED TULUMBA
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 cup water
- 2 cup flour
- 1 baking powder
- 5-6 eggs
- little salt
Ingredients for syrup:
In a saucepan pour 1/2 cup oil, 2 cup water and little salt (on the tip of your finger) and put it to boil. Take pan of the heat and put in 2 cup of flour and one baking powder, mix it with spoon, and back on the hotplate to fired for few minutes. Add the eggs one by one stir mixer until the mixture is creamy. Put mass in the mold and pour mass on baking paper. Bake it on 180C/356F degrees for 15 minutes.
For syrup mix water and sugar, put it on hotplate and cook for 20 minutes.
Put tulumbe in deeper baking dish, overflow with syrup and put it for few ours to soak the syrup. Tulumbe should be hot and syrup cold.
