Ingredients for filling:

• 200g cheese
• 200g ham
• 1 sour cream (180g)
• little salt
• parsley
• pepper
• 3 spoon of mayonnaise
• chopped spinach

Ingredients for crust:

• 120g water
• 100g oil
• 100g flour
• 4 eggs
• 1 backing powder

Directions:

In one pot put water and oil to boil.
Add flour and backing powder and continuous mix.
Then remove from hotplate, add mixed eggs and continuous mix. Then add chopped spinach again continuous mix.
Put in casserole cover with packing paper and bake for 10-15min on 200C degrees.
For filling mix all ingredients.
Backed crust smear with filling and roll it.
