Recipe for Marshmallow

Ingredients:

• 400g sugar
• 1dl water
• 2 gelatin powder
• 8 spoon of water
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoon extract vanilla
• powdered sugar

Directions:

In saucepan put sugar and water and leave sugar to melt on the middle temperature and stir occasionally.

In one glass put 8 spoon of water and gelatin.

Remove saucepan from hotplate, add gelatin, put again on hotplate to unite.

Put mass in one bowl, add salt and vanilla extract and mix it for 10 minutes until the mass thickens and double.

Then put mass in casserole 20x30cm which is covered with backing paper.

Then put casserole in fridge for few hour. Take out cookie on table cover with powdered sugar.

Put powdered sugar above the cookie and cut into cubes, and roll in powdered sugar.
