Ingredients:
- one can of tuna
- one avocado
- one little cucumber
- 5 cherry tomato
- one spoon of mustard
- sesame seed, flax and sunflower
- few leaves of green salad
Directions:
Put in blender tuna, peeled and chopped avocado, mustard and blend it.
In one bowl put chopped green salad, then put mixed mass. Then add cherry tomato and chopped cucumber. Pour with fry seeds.
You can add chopped olives.
