Ingredients:

• 2 eggs
• 10 spoon of sugar
• 7 spoon of flour
• 4 spoon of grits
• 1 backing powder
• 10 spoon of milk
• 7 spoon of oil
• 2 spoon cocoa
• 250 ml whipped cream
• plum jam
• and 1/2l milk

Directions:

Mix eggs with sugar. Then add other ingredients and mix again until they unite.

Put mass in casserole and bake 15 minutes on 200C/392F degrees. Leave cake to cool. After that pour 1/2l milk over cake and leave cake to soak in milk. 

Put plum jam over cake and put mixed whipped cream over jam.
