Ingredients:
Crust:
- 600g flour
- 2 teaspoon soda bicarbonate
- pinch of salt
- 150ml oil
- 250ml cold water
Filling:
Directions:
In one bowl put flour, salt and soda bicarbonate and unite it. Then add oil and water and knead the dough.
Split dough on 8 equal balls. With rolling pin stretch dough very thin size casserole (diameter 28cm). Put first crust in casserole pour with oil.
For filling unite ground nuts and sugar.
Pour first crust with filling and repeat process until you spent all dough and filling.
On last crust don't put filling. Then cut cake on cube and leave it for 20 minutes.
Bake cake in warm oven 35-40 minutes on 200C/392F degrees.
For syrup unite sugar and water and vanilla sugar and put saucepan on hotplate to cook. When it boil cook on low heat for 2 minutes more.
Chilled cake pour with hot syrup and leave it for 4-5 hour to soak in syrup.
