Ingredients:
In a bowl mix flour, water, oil and salt and knead soft dough. Leave it to stand for 15 minutes, then sprinkle flour on table and strech dough in restangular shape.
Grated butter from fridge over whole dough and fold dough from both side halgway.
Then fold one side over another and cut dough along side that is folded.
Then fold each side inward and cut again sides that are folded.
Once more fold dough one side over other and cut again side that is folded. Leave dough to stand for 15 minutes and repeat procedure for two more times.
At the end strech dough height 1cm, cut dough, daub with egg and bake in oven 7-10 minutes on 200C/392F.
