Ingredients:

• 200g grease
• 450g flour
• 1/2 glass water
• 5 spoon of sugar
• one vanilla sugar
• one egg and one yolk
• one little lemon
• jam
• powdered sugar

Directions:

Mix 200g grease with 5 spoon of sugar and vanilla sugar. Then add 1/2 glass water and continue mixing until creamy.

Add one egg and one yolk, grated peel of lemon and lemon juice.

Then add flour that dough should be neither hard nor soft.

Stretch dough and with mold put dough out.

Bake in worm oven 15 minutes on 180C/356F degrees.

Connect cookies with jam and roll then in powdered sugar.
