Chocolate Roll with Raspberries

Recipe for Chocolate Roll with Raspberries

Ingredients:

For crust:

  • 4 yolk
  • 4 spoon of hot water
  • 120g sugar
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 80g flour
  • 40g starch
  • 2 spoon of cocoa
  • 1 backing powder
  • 4 eggs white for cream

Chocolate filling:

  • 2,5dl whipping cream
  • 60g chocolate

Fruit filling:

  • 150g raspberries
  • 2 spoon of fruit jam
  • 3 spoon of starch

Directions:

Mix yolk with water, sugar and vanilla sugar. Then add flour, backing powder, starch and cocoa and mix it.
At the end add cream of mixed egg white and mix it.
Put mass in casserole and make it in worm oven on 180C/356F degrees for 20 minutes.
For chocolate filling mix whipping cream and add melted chocolate. Put it in fridge.
For fruit filling raspberries, jam and starch cook until jelly and leave it to cool.
Cooled crust smear with chocolate filling, then add fruit filling in the form of strips and roll it. 
Cool roll in fridge.
