Recipe for  Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients:

• 400g flour
• 6 spoon of cocoa
• 330g sugar
• 2 teaspoon of soda bicarbonate
• 2 teaspoon of vinegar 7%
• 150ml oil
• 450ml water
• one teaspoon vanilla extract 

For Glaze:

• 100g cocoa
• 250g powdered sugar
• 50ml oil
• 100ml warm water

Directions:

In one bowl mix flour, sugar cocoa and soda bicarbonate(dry ingredients).

In another bowl mix water, oil, vinegar and vanilla extract and pour with that dry ingredients.

Mass should mix fast and very good and pour mass in casserole cover with oil size 34x26cm.

Bake cookie in worm oven for 30 minutes on 180C/356F degrees.

For glaze put in saucepan water, put on hotplate. Than add cocoa, powdered sugar, oil and cook awhile. 

When cookie is baked put it to cool for awhile. Then cover cookie with warm glaze and leave it to cool.
