Lasagna

The Best Recipe for Lasagna

Ingredients for dough:

  • 350g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • little water

Ingredients for bolognese sauce:

  • 1 onion
  • one carrot
  • little celery
  • 350g mincemeat
  • 500g tomato puree
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Ingredients for bechamel sauce:

  • 50g butter
  • 3-4 spoon of flour
  • 1/2 l milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 300g grated cheese

Directions:

Preparing dough:

Mix flour, eggs, salt, oil and knead dough then leave in fridge for one hour (in foil). Dough split on 8-10 balls, stretch with rolling pin and cook in saucepan one by one.
Cooked crust pull out and put in saucepan with cold water.


Bolognese sauce:

Fry onion, carrot and little celery. Then add meat. When mass is fried add tomato puree, salt and pepper and cook some more and remove from hotplate.

Bechamel sauce:

Melt butter, add flour, salt and milk. When the mass thickens remove from hotplate.

Put on crust bolognese sauce, bechamel sauce, grated cheese and so on until you use all crust, and on the last one put only grated cheese. 
Bake in warm oven half hour on 200C/392F degrees.
