Recipe for Hungarian Cake

Ingredients for peels:

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 spoon of fat
  • 8 spoon of sugar
  • lemon peel
  • 0ne backing powder
  • 0ne teaspoon soda bicarbonate
  • 550 g flour
  • 0ne cup of milk


Ingredients for the filling:

  • 1 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 l milk
  • 1/2 butter
  • 3 pudding of chocolate
  • 100g chocolate for glaze

Peel:

Mix with mixer sugar and fat.
Then add eggs,milk and mix it. Then add lemon peel, flour mixed with backing powder and soda bicarbonate.
Knead dough and split it on four equal balls. 
Stretch dough to be very thin, put in casserole and bake it in warm oven 8-10 minutes on 180C/356F degrees.

Filling:

Mix pudding with milk and make pudding in usual way.
Then in one pan melt sugar, and when the sugar is melted and while it is still on the hotplate add milk.
When both ingredients are melted and united add pudding. In hot filling add butter.
Fill peels with hot filling and at the end on the top overflow with melted chocolate. Leave the cake to cool.
